Rules

Admission Process

  • Students are ordinarily admitted to this school at the beginning of the academic year, which begins in June.
  • New admissions may be made subject to there being vacancies.
  • Admissions is restricted by certain Government regulations and by conditions of age, ability and conduct.
  • Only parents may fill the application form for admission and submit it to the school.
  • Candidates will be examined on the subject matter of the class immediately below which they seek admission. The decision of the school authorities regarding the entrance Examination shall be final. No correspondence in this shall be entertained.
  • No admission is complete until the Leaving Certificate from the last recognized school attended is produced and, if the student comes from another state, counter signed by the education inspector of that District/State. For a fresh admission, a birth certificate is required. In the case of Christians, the Baptism certificate of the candidate must also be produced.
  • The management reserves the right to accept any application as for the admission process,.

Fee Payment Rule

The school has two Terms
First term fees: June
Second term fees: November

  • Fees are to paid from 11th to 22nd of each month, in the school timing Mon to Fri – 9.00 am to 12 .00 noon , Sat 9.00 am to 11.00 am.
  • Defaulters to pay the fees will have to pay a fine of Rs 40/- per month.
  • Students who have not paid their fees may not be allowed to appear for examinations.
  • Full fees for the holiday months of November and may must be paid in advance in October and March respectively.
  • No reduction in the fees will be made for days of absence.

School Depositing Hours

Monday To Friday 9-00 AM To 12.00 Noon
9- AM To 11-00 AM
Note :- Fee Payment by cheque will not be Accected

School Uniform

THE UNIFORM CONSISTS OF

For Boys

White Shirt with House Batch, Biscuit –Colored Shorts for Primary section / biscuit colored pants for Higher secondary section, plain black shoes, plain black socks and a black leather belt.
On Physical Education days, plain white canvas shoes and plain white socks must be worn.
On mass drill days, house T-shirt ,white shorts (primary section) / white long pants (high school and higher secondary section)plain white canvas shoes, plain white socks and a school belt must be worn.

For Girls

White shirt , biscuit colored Pinafore with house badge , plain black socks and belt of pinafore material.
Decorum and modesty in wearing uniform is to maintained at all times .

For The KG Section

Red and blue checked shirts , Peacock Blue shorts , Plain black socks . The identity card must be pinned to the uniform shirt.

In Winter

A coffee brown sweater is permitted to be worn the school uniform. Students of the Primary Section may wear trousers of biscuit color. Students of kg section may wear trousers of any color.

  • Uniforms should be clean and neat. Students not wearing proper uniform will not be allowed to enter the class without a written application from the parents duly signed by the principle.
  • Sikh students will wear black Turbans.
  • The house T-shirt must be worn on mass drill days and during all inter house sport activities.

With Respect To Hair Code:

  • Boys will keep their hair trimed , just a simple hair cut , no changing styles.
  • Girls will tie their hair in two plaits with black ribbon or black rubber band.
  • Coloring of hair , putting henna and tattoos will not be allowed in the school.
